Below you will find our refund, shipping, and privacy policies. If you have any questions, concerns, or comments, we'd love to hear from you. REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY

 Returns, Exchanges, Credits and Refunds

Customers may engage our service desk at service@naturesdecorations.com or call us at (877) 473-9113 to initiate a return. We only accept returns if they are initiated within the first 10 business days (Monday to Friday) of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. It is our policy to offer an exchange of items (of equal or less value) or store credit for returned items, though we will honor first-time refund requests.

 

In all cases – exchanges, credits or returns – we reserve the right to refuse compensation if our inspection shows the product had been damaged through no fault of our own or our original shipper. Approved requests will be processed within 10 business days, and any applicable refunds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund after 2 business weeks from our receipt of your return, first check your bank account again, please. Many credit cards and banks have long refund processing terms. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@naturesdecorations.com or (877) 473-9113.

 

Promotional Sale items (if applicable)

Notwithstanding the above, we do not provide refunds for sale items. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

 

Gifts

Notwithstanding the above, if the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

Shipping

We are not responsible for returns that are damaged or lost in transit on the way back to us. We recommend that you insure your returns and ship your items using a method that provides you with a tracking number. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If an exchange is made and approved, Nature’s Decorations will pay for the replacement shipping cost but we will not cover the return shipping cost.

 Packaging Instructions:

  • Wrap each specimen individually using materials such as newspaper or bubble wrap.
  • Use crushed paper to completely surround in box that includes bottom, 4 sides and top. When in doubt – overstuff!
  • If there is any damage to original box – do not reuse!

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Our average shipping time is 2-7 business days and 2-10 business days during the holidays.

NATURE’S DECORATIONS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit www.naturesdecorations.com or make a purchase from www.naturesdecorations.com (collectively, the “Site”).

Additionally, if you are a European resident, we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
